In this article, "we" represents VMSILO HK, and "you" represents customers who purchase our services. 'Membership' refers to individuals or organizations who purchase services. The "registrant" refers to the entity applying for domain name registration. Registry "refers to the domain name management agency. A 'server' refers to a computing device that provides services to you. "Website" refers to the content that you host on the server and access through the Internet. The "Terms of Service" refer to this agreement. VMS ILO HK reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and the revised version shall take effect from the date of publication on the official website.

1. Payment and settlement

Payment method: only Alipay is supported at this stage.

Payment Deadline: The bill must be paid before the due date, and we reserve the right to suspend the service after the deadline.

Discount restrictions: Limited discount codes will take effect in the order of bill generation, and orders exceeding the limit will no longer enjoy discounts.

Price Description: The prices in the shopping cart are for reference only, and the final amount on the settlement page shall prevail.

Promotion compliance: It is prohibited to use multiple accounts to promote links, and violators will have their associated accounts banned.

2. Technical support

Response time: The work order will be replied to within 24 hours, and may be extended in case of holidays.

Scope of support: Assist in resolving technical issues, excluding website profitability or business strategy consulting.

Work order transfer: If the department is selected incorrectly, transfer may result in extended processing time.

Language support: Provides multilingual work order services in English/Chinese (simple/complex).

3. Refund Policy

Refund frequency: Each customer is entitled to a limited number of refund privileges (subject to product specifications).

Refund path: default original refund, in special circumstances, it can be refunded to the account balance.

Balance processing: The balance from service downgrades or promotional gifts cannot be withdrawn.

Exception exclusion: Promotional/discounted products, independent servers, and services opened for more than 90 days will not be refunded.

Compliance restrictions: Customers who violate the terms of service are not entitled to apply for refunds.

Refund calculation: For each refund, a refund of 5 yuan or more will be deducted. If the product is activated for more than 3 days and uses more than 5g of data, and meets any of the above conditions, no refund will be given.

4. Service Suspension and Data Management

Grace period: After expiration, the service will be retained for 3 day, suspended on the 1nd day, and data will be completely deleted on the 3th day.

Liability exemption: We do not assume any obligation to recover data lost due to expiration.

Violation handling: Services that violate the terms may be immediately suspended or deleted.

5. Network Security and Defense

DDoS defense: Products without specified defense values default to 1Gbps; Attacks exceeding 30Gbps will be suspended until the end of the attack, and low defense products will be suspended for an additional 24 hours.

Disclaimer: Interruptions caused by DDoS attacks are not included in service failure compensation.

6. Content compliance and resource utilization

Prohibited content: spam emails, proxy services, illegal websites, malicious software, infringing materials, and information that endangers national security.

Copyright protection: We have the right to remove pirated, pornographic, or unauthorized content and report it to law enforcement agencies.

Resource sharing: Non exclusive virtual hosts should avoid affecting other users, as exceeding resource limits will trigger restrictions.

7. Virtual Server (VPS) Specification

IP management:

Replacement rule: The price of IP replacement varies for different products. If replacement is required, please initiate a work order to inquire about the replacement price.

Blocking responsibility: If the IP is blocked by the country due to user behavior, a reset fee must be paid.

Special requirement: Specific IP segments require contacting sales for customized solutions.

8. Final interpretation right

VMSILO HK reserves the right to interpret the terms and adjust policies according to operational needs within the scope permitted by law.
